WHAT IS IT: Kickboxing with high-intensity interval training (HIIT)

 

WHAT MAKES THIS CLASS UNIQUE: The class will learn hard-hitting combos and edgy dance moves along with HIIT training! This class promises to be the ultimate party that includes pumped up music and incredible energy. You will leave feeling like you can conquer anything!

HOW IT WORKS: Real kickboxing moves are incorporated with proper form and technique for total body sculpting without the need for bags or gloves. The HIITs work to increase calorie burn and improve cardiovascular endurance.
